iTunes library file cannot be saved. Error (-50)

I just had to re-install iTunes on my machine (Windows 7), but I still had all of my library files backed up. Now everytime iTunes is running I get this error message. I can't save any files or use it to sync my iPhone. I've tried the old fixes of exporting the library files to the desktop and removing them from the library folder, deleting them, then reimporting them upon reopening iTunes. That still does not resolve the issue. Just comes back after the hours it takes to reimport the library. Anyone know of a resolution to this?

Windows 7, iTunes 10.5
