home button not working and Apple not fixing it! Weird

Here it is what I have been told about replacing my iPhone:

We'll send you a courier, he'll get the phone, you'll need to contact the courier, you'll pay €29 and we'll stop the cost of the iPhone on your card (550€ more or less) upon receiving a new iPhone. When we receive the old one if we find no fault with it, we'll keep €160 from tha caution or else if a major fault exists we'll unblock the 550€.

I honestly think it's a joke and Apple should start seriously thinking about recalling the faulty iPhones or issue a bug fix as it seems to be a programming fault!

I'll be blogging about this nightmare (I have been calling the helpline for weeks now) and will ask my 1600 friends on Facebook to share the story. Hopefully Apple will hear given the fact that it doesn't seem to listen!
