Apple WatchYou can backup from Time Machine if you saved the Bookmarks to an external drive.
Or, since the bookmarks are still on your iOS devices, you can transfer that data to your computer.

I went to that linked page but it was not clear how to synch from the phone to the laptop.
Please explain HOW I can transfer my Safari bookmarks FROM my iPhone TO my MacBook Pro.
