On my iPhone 4S, under Settings -> General -> Usage, in the section for "Time since last full charge" both Usage and Standby times are the same. I've been using the phone for 2 weeks now and it always seems to be that way. Anyone know whats going on? Anyone else having this problem?

That's not supposed to be happening. I'm guessing your battery runs out quick and the phone always feel warm right?
First do a hard reset by holding the power button and home button at the same time until the apple logo shows up (ignore the power off slider). After it boots up, go to Settings and turn off Location Services. Then go to your mail settings and turn off Push and Fetch... set everything to Manual. See if these steps work out first.
No actually battery life is not draining fast. I'm actually able to go a whole day before needing a charge.
I did a hard reset on my phone by holding down the sleep button and home button for 10 seconds and that fixed the problem. I wonder if it was some software bug because when I setup my iPhone 4S, I restored from a backup of my iPhone 4 (on iOS 4.3.3) instead of setting up as new.
