multiple email@me.com same appleID

I somehow have multiple email addresses under one appleID. Due to this confusion I have lost my contacts which are in one of the email addresses under icloud. When I try to turn the mail on in my iphone it asks me to create an account. Well, I already have an account, I just need to access it. How do I do this without loosing all my other information in my iphone?
