I bought Ipod withpart no. MA0022LL/A with model A1136(mentioned on packing case) in 2005 . recently I lost & returned from theif.
The serial no.: on back of ipod is with model A1136. but ipod( in about feature) is showing same swith model PA002LL with version 1.3. would you please clarify , is it original one?

I'm sorry, but what are you asking? Are you wanting to check to make sure you still have the same iPod as you originally did?

It sounds like a differenent one, even though it's the same model. You don've the iPod's orignial serial number to compare against? See this article for information on all the places you can find your iPod's serial number.

I have the original packaging , serial number on the barcode label that is affixed to the packaging is differenet to the S.no.engraved on the back case.
but S.No.engraved on the back case is as same as serial number showing in the About screen ( in settings)of my iPod.
but model numbers are different.
Part no is MA0022LL/A & model number is A1136 engradved on back case &
model in "about screen " is showing PA002LL. Is my Ipod original one?
You have the same model iPod, but a different unit (hence the different serial number).
