transferring contacts from nokia to iphone

Hello there

I used to have all my contacts in Nokia E71.

Recently, I bought an iphone 4s and tried transferring the contacts from Nokia E71 to my iphone via bluetooth. The problems that I faced were:

In my iphone: it said...searching for devices and did not stop....and in Nokia E71, it said "Pairing devices failed"

Can someone advice what could be the problem and where I am going wrong?
