Removing Question Marks from Toolbar

I have recently done quite a bit of upgrades on my iMac. I have updated to Lion, Adobe CS5, and Microsoft Office 2011. Prior to these updates I had my CS5 Standard programs placed in my toolbar in finder. However, with the recent updates these icons have been replaced with question marks (see attached screenshot). Can you please tell me how to get rid of these question marks?
