Can I dump all of my music from my computer hard drive into the iCloud? If so, how?
One would think that iCloud was a way to back up the data on your computer in case of a crash or hard-drive death.
However, it would appear that the CDs you have purchased and stored on your Apple device cannot be backed up this way. The Match program makes you pay for music you already own. Yuck.

Not really. iTunes Match has an annual fee of under $30 that covers the cost of hosting up to 100,000 of your tracks and streaming them to you on demand. Pretty good deal in my opinion.

I have numerous songs that I burned to my computer that don't seem to upload to iCloud. I have turned iMatch on and off multiple times and still won't upload. This is true for all the albums that I used Join Together to make into single song (such as soundtracks, operas, etc.) . I also have many that I burned from CDs that won't upload. Any ideas about to get them uploaded?
I don't have any answers, just questions...I've got a ton of live cd's downloaded direct from band sites, will these cd's transfer to icloud? thanks for any help...
when will itunes match be available in Europe? I just bought 50gb storage and just found out that I can't store my music in icloud!! I am not impressed!!!
itunes matches your music with whatever it has on its database, and if some songs you have arent on its database they wont appear on match.
I did this and nothing happened that I can tell except in my iTune music library under the column of iCloud it says "waiting" and I am not sure what that means.
OK, i and if its mine song i can not upload it there? it has to be just officials one? It has to be only MP3 or other files available. And one more question: Do i have to wait for approval from iTunes?
Its a question if i really need iCloud than if i cant load all my songs there (and as i understand maximum is 50GB, right?)
