SIRIously

I stayed up all night at Best Buy waiting for and then happily acquiring the iPhone 4S. As someone unwillingly married to Sprint, I was thrilled to finally get an iPhone. I had an EVO Shift and compared to the iPhone, it was worthless. I have just one disappointment and that is SIRI. It looks great in the commercials, but in a practical use-it-everyday sense, I am disappointed. I am an American from Colorado, male, and a retired teacher. I have no obvious accent, but Siri can only handle half my contacts. My daughter's contact name was Digital Dani, but whenever I say call Digital Dani, it tells me all the theaters around my house. I used to have a Parrot mki9200 in my car for hands free calling and it never missed. Is there anything I can do to help train SIRI to understand my commands. I speak slowly, enunciate my words, but still don't connect with half of them. Is there anything I can do to make this more successful? Orherwise, I love the phone, and if Siri could understand me, I'd ask for her hand in marriage.
