SMART scan says there's a problem with my "Raw Read Error Rate"

I've been running scans on my mac making sure it's been up to par. It's a Macbook Late 2008 Alluminum. 2.4 gHz intel core duo. 2-2gbs 1066mhz ram. 250GB Solid State Hard Drive.

I ran a smart scan with techtool 6 and the raw read error rate almost failed the test. The techtool website says that the program runs and works with SSDs now.

Any suggestions to what this could be? Should I contact Apple to see what they can do? Should I try to get it replaced? I still have my warranty on it until June 2012.

A picture of the SMART results are below. I am running Techtool 6.0.3 to run the tests on OSX Lion 10.7.2. All updates have been done up to date.

Any input/ help is much appreciated.
