Error 0xE800000C

Hey,

since yesterday I got the error "0xE800000C" when I try to synchronize my iPhone 3GS with iTunes.

He is collecting the information for the synchronisation and then iTunes tries to update the Apps but stops working on it and freezes. After a while it works further and tries to synchronize the Videos and it happens the same. At the end of all I got the error listed above and the hint that there was a timeout with my device.

Did someone know this error and has a solution for it?

I ended up speaking with Apple and they walked me through a complete restore/update on the iPad. Make sure you have an iCloud backup. Let me see if I can find the instructions.

Hi stevenvota,

Same problem here, today.

I didn't use my old iPad2 maybe two weeks. Today i had the "activation dialog".

Via WLAN, I only get a timeout on the activation server. In iTunes theres the same "Error 0xE800000C"

Any idea?

Same here. Yesterday it was Error 0xE8000015 than I updated iTunes to 12.7.0 now Error .....0003. Just tried it after resetting iPad know I got error 0xE800084 wonderful.....

Hi were you able to fix this error? We have same problem have connected to utunes but error keeps coming up

I got the same error, after trying lots of thing, I just forced restart the phone and it resolved the problem. To force start, press & hold 'Power' & 'Home' button together until you see the Apple icon.
