Stop e-mail badge notification for junk mail?

On my Macbook (OS X Lion), I have a Yahoo! account set up in my Mail app. The problem I'm having is I keep getting a notification every time I receive a new message in the account's junk folder. I've tried to check the settings since it doesn't do this for my other accounts, but I couldn't find anything.

My theory is that it's because Yahoo!'s junk folder is called "Bulk Mail" rather than "Junk," so it notifies me thinking it's not really spam. But I could be wrong. Is there any way I could fix this?
