My 4s Camera Shutter Graphic is Stuck.

Anyone else having this problem? Even if I power my phone down, I open up my camera and the shutter graphic appears. I need some help.

iPhone 4S, iOS 5

Even after a power down, the camera app is actually still running the way you left the program. Double click the home button - this will bring up the programs running in the background. Tap and hold the camera app until it shakes and a minus sign appears in the left upper corner. Tap the minus sign to kill the app. Then click the home button to get back to the home screen and relaunch the camera app. That should take care of the problem and will work for most apps that seem to hang in a particular state.
