Can not permanently create iCal calendar delegates (connecting to Google calendars)?

iCal Calendar Delegates Setup with Google Calendar Users

In order to successfully setup iCal Calendar Delegates with Google Calendar users, see these following procedures:

1. From initial user's iCal app, add other calendar delegates (other Google Calendar users.)

2. From other user's Google Calendar, goto other calendars... next make a "add a friend's calendar" request to initial user... then send invite.

3. From initial user's email (Mac Mail, etc.), accept the "add a friend's calendar" request... initial user will be directed to additional Google Calendar settings (give other user required calendar permissions, and then Save.)

4. Test all delegated user's access to initial user's Google Calendar (create, edit, delete calendar events.)
