Handbrake not importing audio...DOES import video

Hey guys,

I'm trying to copy Flightplan (WS) to my iPod 5G through Handbrake...I know everything is set correctly because i've used the same settings. I've tried three times with differenct language settings to transfer this...and it will not import audio! It does video fine...no audio whatsoever.

Please help me!!!
