On DVD Studio Pro 4 how can I import a film with subtitles from an old project to a new one?

I know very well how to import the file of an old compressed film to a new project, but it comes without the subtitles that I already worked out once the film inside the DVD Studio Pro, so how to do to import it already subtitled?
