Disable Bonjour?

Im running mac's who they bound to OD and AD at the same time .. Im trying to disable bonjour, i know i can do that by running the command:

unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.mDNSResponder.plist

but when i run the command, the machines will not respond to Active directory anymore.. and therefor, users will not be able to login anymore..

is there anyway i can disable bonjour without effecting the macs from talking to AD ?
