Location Services on IPhone 4S

My brand new Iphone 4S got location issues. With the location services ON, it should be able to pinpoint the actual location: my Ipad2 does. When I am home & I check the time, date or weather, my Ipad2 shows my exact location with information on weather, time & date. The Iphone 4S shows a location which is miles away, and SIRI can not tell time & date becuase it is attempting to relate the information to a street level address, which address is alien to me.. Can someone assist?
