I have tried EVERYTHING!

My iPod Touch (4G) is not working correctly. I can't charge my battery unless have my iPod completly off.

I can't sync it to my computer. My computer doesn't even recognize it. I've been working on it for 3 days. and no luck.

I've restarted my iPod. I'v restarte my computer. I've checked all of my updates. I've went from 32-bit to 64-bit. and then went back to 32-bit.

I really need help. Ive uninstalled iTunes and everything else and relinstalled it.


I just want my iPod fixed.

Have you tried:

- Another cable

- Resetting the iPod:

Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- The connecting to the computer

- Trying another computer to help determine if you have a computer or iPod problem.

- Last would be to make an appointment at the Genius bar of an Apple store.
