Nov 8, 2013 12:55 PM in response to jbelkinsiiby jgburgett,I'm sure it does. Thanks for replying.
I noticed it on my old G3 iPhone as well but on my new iPhone the problem was fixed as soon as I disabled Siri and restarted, "turn my phone off then back on" "not reset" my iPhone. Can't help but wonder why Siri is a problem? It's a cool idea but I haven't found A use for it yet, except to get anoid when I accidentally active Siri. ;)
Not to mention getting really interesting mis quotes.
I'm sure in the future Siri will be amazing, "Go Apple!" And hats off to all those folks participating in creating it!
Best wishes...

Nov 8, 2013 1:21 PM in response to jaked1991by MacinNW_Brent,I noticed a similar problem but the farthest error was nder a mile. It only happened when I was in my apartment complex near a large mirror. Since there were hundreds of these mirrors either parallel or at 90 degrees, I was not surprised if cellular triangulation was confused. And the erronious location did move around.

Dec 24, 2013 7:29 PM in response to MacinNW_Brentby Glen Carpenter,Problem only exists for me under wifi.
I live in southwest Houston and when wifi is enabled, the weather app states I'm in Humble. Disabling wifi puts me back in Houston.

Your ISP may have a Humble interchange which is why the location may be off.
Every now and then on my iPhone location reports it'll show up in Chicago and I live in Tennessee (and have never been to that area) why? The telco relay for Sprint sometime shifts between Kansas and and Chicago. 98% of the time it's actually in TN.
So it's not perfect, just manually set your home location for accurate local weather.

Jan 28, 2014 5:14 AM in response to jaked1991by Pfb14,Yes, I live in Houston, not Humble. Maybe you guys at Apple/Yahoo have heard of it? It's a little town in Texas. Even if I type in my zip code, which is dead center in the middle of the sprawl, it puts me an hour north in Humble. This "fixed" itself like a month ago for one or two days then went back. This isn't rocket science people. At least add a place where people can submit bugs.
