iPhoto faulty upload of project ... how to reload and publish?

I created a project (i.e. photo album) on iPhoto, then proceeded to "Buy Book", was charged for the project. But during the upload of the project to Apple for publication, the upload was interrupted and failed to complete. I don't know how to reload the project now that I've paid for it. How do I do that?
