flash light blinks when phone rings

Hi, I am facing a problem for the last few days that the flash on my iphone4 blinks every time i get a call.. how can i stop this?

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.2

Settings > General > Accessibility > LED Flash for Alerts

See p. 140 of the User Guide.

Yes, Just go to the above mentioned path i.e. Settings> General> Accessibility, scroll down to LED Flash for Alerts and turn it OFF.
