I absolutely love the "reading list" in Safari on my desktop. How can I successfully sync it with my other devices such as iPad and iPhone? I am running the most recent OS on each. I see "reading list" there, but I want to sync. Thanks!

The Reading List should sync automatically if your have Bookmarks switched on in System Preferences > iCloud.
Open Safari on your iPad then tap the Bookmarks icon. You should see "Reading LIst" as the first option.
If the list hasn't synced as yet, try resetting your iPad.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
