Nothing. Unless you had the Find my iPhone service activated, nothing.
ALos, report it to the polie and change the passwords for all accountsused on the iPod. Apple will not hlep find it.
Did you have a passcode set up on the Touch? Did you have the setting enabled to erase all data after 10 wrong passcode attempts? If not, then the person may have access to any data on there, so I would change my iTunes account password if I were you.
P.S. hey lllaass, I feel embarrased asking this unrelated question, but how do you customize your avatar on Apple Support Communites? It only lets me select from the default ones.
You have to reach a certain level to have that option. I think it is level 3. You are at level 1.

I had the service activated. It keeps telling me that the device is offline. Then at 8pm wednesday, 9th November it sends me an email. And, I only saw it today! The data is available 24h but now I can't see it anymore, Is there any way to retrive this data?
I don't think so. Whoever stole it was probably smart enough to turn Location Services OFF, meaning that Find my iPhone wouldn't be able to output your location. I guess, keep checking icloud.com Find my iPhone and hope for the best.
Ireceived an email with its location but I saw it only today. It said I could see the data within 24h. The email was sent at Wed. 8pm I only saw it today 😟 My collegues told me to forget it because I didn't had the App installed so it wouldn't work but with the update ios5 I said yes to location and that's why I received that email...
Is there anyway Apple can give me the previous 24h data? Anyone knows????
No, they cannot. Sorry.
I am sure Apple would be able to tell the police the accounts' (emails) history of the device /
then hack the email or lure the owner to reveale themselves...
Apple has no ability to know what emails would have been sent or received from the device unless the device was using iCloud email, and then could reveal such information only with a court order. And in any case the question was about device location through iCloud, not email messages. This thread is also over a year old.
