In the Pages 09' tutorial "Adding citations and equations", there is the Insert Menu MathType Equation but it is missing in mine, and so does the EndNote Citation. Do you know how to find them?
EndNote is a separate purchase and install.
For Math type equations use Grapher in the Utlities folder inside the Applications folder. Create the equation there and copy/paste it into Pages.
