iTunes not syncing photos properly to iPhone 4S

Hi gang,

Trying to help my buddy with a problem with his new iPhone 4S. iTunes will only sync 2.3 GB of photos onto his phone, even though it has 64 GB of space, most of which is unused. He has over 14,000 pictures in iPhoto (about 62GB in his library). It doesn't seem to matter which combination of albums are selected, or if all pictures are selected. Once it hits about 2.3 GB, it will allow you to check more albums for transfer, but the allocated space for photos does not increase, and the additional pictures are not transfered.

Any ideas?

Cheers,

Phil

Did you already try to delete the photo cache? Photo Sync creates iPod photo Cache

First upload the pictures to your PC and then add the pictures to iTunes.

1. Click here for instructions on how to add the pictures to iTunes.

2. Click on the Syncing photos to iOS devices.

3. Scroll down to Sync photos from a folder on your hard disk to your device and follow the steps provided.

Once the pictures have been added to iTune you can sync your iPhone 4S to iTunes and transfer the pictures to the another phone or computer.

Besides what i mentioned above, you can refer this article about How to transfer photos from iPhone 4s to iTunes on PC.

Hope it can do you a favor.
