Point me to a replacement iPad2 charger?

I just got an iPad 2 (from Futureshop in Canada) which came with one of those cute little inch by inch cube-shaped chargers, like this one:

I plugged it in yesterday and *snap* - with the smell of burning plastic it was dead. The problem is, I'm in a remote area of the Philippines for two more months and I doubt Apple support is going to come to my rescue. However my friend is visiting from the States and could bring a replacement if I buy and have it shipped to him. So, what replacement charger should I buy?

The Apple Store doesn't even sell my cute little cube charger, just this one:

It looks like it needs a ground so that wouldn't work here, and not as convienient for travel. Is there a cheaper or better option on Amazon.com?

Thanks for your suggestions!

I ended up buying this charger from Amazon:

It's about the same dimensions as the chunky one Apple sells, but only $13, comes with a cable and has both a 5w and a 10w port so you can charge an iPad and an iPhone at the same time. It works just fine so far, and for the price of the standard charger Apple sells I also got a universal ac wall adapter + charger and pack of 3 extra cables.
