settings> lacation services> system services> off
come back make location services>off fully
return to settings>general>diagnostics & usage>selected don't send,
check diagnostics & usage data.
it worked for me.
To clear the diagnostics & user data just simply plug in your IPhone or ipod touch to the computer that it is working on. That will clear the history but you need to fix the reason the iphone crashed to fix the problem. Either by getting rid of the app or calling the app maker to fix the problem.
