iCal & time line

The time line on iCal is wrong since time has changed. Is this a bug or something I can fix?

Mine is incorrect too, on both my iPhone 4 (GSM) as well as my iPad 2 (Wifi). Both of these devices including my Mac mini are syncing with iCloud. However, it is only correct when I log in to the iCloud account or view calendar on the mac mini. The portable devices are the ones that show the line for the time as incorrect, despite what the clock says on those devices. I hope this bug gets fixed.
