Search email for msgs from people in/not in Address Book

Is there a way to search for messages with the Criteria "From/Sender is Not In My Address Book" or alternately, "From/Sender IS In My Address Book?"

This would be very helpful for a variety of reasons:

1. Locating people I still need to add to my address book
2. Sorting through marketing/spam email in my Inbox

Any help woudl be appreciated.
