No Administrator - OS X Lion

Hello Support Community!

I'm having quite a bit of trouble with my iMac. I installed OS X Lion finally. I have 2 user accounts on my iMac (Early 2009) and they are both marked "Standard", neither being an Admin. When I try unlock the padlock so I can make a new admin, it asks me to put in an Admin name and password... but there are no admins.

I just got off the phone with Apple Support, and they didn't help at all. I just need to know how to create a new user that is an admin. I don't care if I lose all of my files, I just want this to work properly.

*Notes: I don't have my Snow Leopard install disk, or backup / restore disk.*
