Do I need a new battery?

I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2.53GHz, Mid 2009) and when I plug it into the charger it says "Not Charging" and when I remove the charger it has very little to no power. I went into my battery information and under "condition" it says "Check battery" My "cycle count" is 663. Do I need a new battery?
