iBooks pre-order no longer available in US Store? Whats this about?

I'm having the same trouble. Really is quite upsetting if you are staying up late to read it at release time. Not cool. I probably won't be Pre-ordering again guys.

I'm having the same issue the only one that comes up is in Italian and it's only for pre-order!! I pre-ordered it in English just like yall did and now this.... Let's go apple we deserve it!! Hey btw how do you go to your preorders any way I go to my account on my iPad and cant find manage preorders

I'm having the same issue. I pre-ordered Inheritance by Christopher Paolini and I went into iBooks this morning and it wasn't there, nor could I find it in the iTunes Store because apparently it's not available in the US. I'm really frustrated by this! Why is it not available?

Torture... I just got the email saying my preorder is now available. But if I click the link it says all preorders have been downloaded. And again, the book link still says its not available in the US.

Same problem here! I got so excited when I saw the email saying it was available and I clicked on the link and even though it says all pre-orders are fulfilled, it doesn't appear on my library or in the Store.

Nevermind, it works now!!! Apparently I purchased it with my iPod, not my iPhone, so it appeared on my iPod first.

I am having the exact same issue. I checked the money on my account, and it was about $12 or $13 lower than yesterday, and if I remember right, that's how much the book costs. I checked my purchases, (iOS 5) and the book didn't show up.

Check several devices, my problem was on my iPad and iPod (I pretty sure I pre ordered it on my iPad.) but it wasn't on there... Then I checked my computer and it was there so I'm trying to air sync the book onto my iPad as I post this.

I couldn't download it on my iPad, but I could through iTunes on my Mac, and then sync to my iPad, but that's not what I think should happen, it's not clear.
