First Squarespace is not the best place to host a podcast - if you get popular you will go over their bandwidth limits. You should really look at a pure podcast host and move now before you build an audience.
In the mean time - you need to contact their support team to ask them where in their control pannel you can add a 600 x 600 jpg or png image for your show level artwork.
If you did upload artwork - and it is not .jpg or .png - that would be an issue.

Your image is correctly referenced in the feed and there is an image at that address, so there isn't really anything you can do. The Store always takes somewhat longer to display the image than to recognize the feed - often ten days or more - but recently a number of posters have complained that it's taking an unreasonably long time and I'm afraid you've got caught in this: it's just a question of waiting.
Thanks Roger, I'll stop bothering the folk at Squarespace then :-)
Eek, I doubt the podcast is going to get popular! But I will bear that in mind, who's your pic for a good podcast host?
libsyn.com - is where I have hosted my files since early 2005 and have worked since mid 2007. And that is where Squarespace will send shows when they get big.
It is where most of the big name podcasters host - Adam Carolla, Kevin Smith, Joe Rogan, Marc Maron and 15,000 more.

I'm sure Robert will recommend Libsyn (as predicted he did, while I was typing this): he works for them, so you have the advantage of someone posting here who has direct access to the company. I've not heard any complaints about them.
Other possibilities include Blogger, or Wordpress (which requires you to get more technically involved, and you will require your own webspace), or using one of a number of podcast creation programs and uploading to your own webspace. If you want minimum fuss Libsyn may well be your best bet: I don't know about the pricing.
Thanks Roger, useful to know.
As you seem to know your stuff, a quick question...
My beloved podcast currently won't work download from the IOS device, is this part of the same delay you mentioned previously, or is it something wrong with my files?
Nick
Thanks Robert your company has been added to my favourites in case I get popular!!

I can't see any immediate reason why this should be - I checked your most recent episode and the file seems normal enough - but I don't have an iOS device to check it on so I would suggest you ask in the iPod or iPhone forum.
