Dell 3115 scanning to Mac

I use a Dell 3115 Colour Multi Functional Printer.

I used to have this set up and working well on Leopard, but since the Lion upgrade cannot get this working, can anyone help with the settings again?

I seem to have forgotten how to do it.

This is the set up so far, but not working....

I also have that 'scans' folder shared in sys prefs with read and write permissions
