By the way, I cannot seem to find the download page for OS X Lion 10.7.   Please let me know the address where I can download this system . I have found the OS X Lion 10.7.5 and other pages, but not the original OS X Lion 10.7.

It doesn't seem to be at the here link.

It appears you can only download Safari now if you upgrade and/or download Mountain Lion...or, if you have Lion it can only be done in Software Updates.

This another example of Apple making unnecessary changes, and making things more difficult for its users, imo.

My current version, the latest version of Safari has started to freeze...never had this problem before. I thought of downloading the current version again and reinstalling it -- a common practice with lots of software maker. But no, now that can not be done.

    Maybe if I delete it...

I'll add that when I installed the latest version of Lion, my Might Mouse right-click key stopped working (others also, we found a fix among ourselves on forum). Also Aperture stopped showing preview pics from my camera model.

Welcome to the New Apple; alas, these are facts. When they change the facts I'll reconsider my new opinion of Apple.

P.S. Save As.....taking it away? Ridiculous.
