Want to share my calendar with someone on the web

So, this other user is in another state, and, does not have iCal. In fact, they don't have a Mac. I was hoping that I could cretae a new Lion server user, give them acces to iCal permissions wise, and then have them log into their calendar via the wiki site. Meanwhile, I would share my calendar with that user. So, I did all that, logged into the webcal site with their user, and, they only have their calendar. I want them to see MY calendar. I see the subscribe link, but, this adds it to MY ical. I want them on the webcal site to be able to see my calendar.

How can I accomplish this?
