MIDI keyboard makes percussive sounds when playing software instruments
I've connected a Kawai MDK61 controller keyboard to GB via an Edirol UM-2 USB interface. Every keystroke produces a percussive "dunk" sound as well as playing the note. The MIDI volume slider, the Bender and the Wheel also make this sound. Any suggestions?
