My iTunes Store page is blank! Help!

My iTunes Store page is blank! Help! I uninstalled all programs/files the way and in the order that you are supposed to, then downloaded the new version of iTunes (10.5) for my Windows Vista 64 Bit and yet it still doesn't work! All my software is up-to-date, I'm not using Proxy connections, it's not the parental controls. When I run a diagnostics test under the "Network Connectivity Tests" it informs me that "Secure link to iTunes Store Failed" so when I click the "Help" button for that, that pop up is also blank before it informs me that I'm not connected to the internet but that's incorrect because I am connected. I'm at a loss and at my wits end. I just want to be able to buy music!! Does anyone out there have any ideas??

Thanks!!

Windows Vista

If anyone else is having this problem this answer worked for me:

>Start Menu

>Accessories

>Right click on the command prompt and click "run as an administrator"

Once it opens, type in the following command...

netsh winsock reset then hit enter

You should get a message that the winsock reset sucessful and you will need to reboot your computer
