I went to use my debit card today and got denied. I looked at my online banking statement, and saw that itunes has been billing me.
I went and logged onto Itunes to see that not only has my information from USA to China, but has been changed twice for $5.98 and has a balance due of $23.97.
Not only have i not racked up these charges, but i dont know where to begin to get this straightend out.

Change your password.
Contact your credit card company and discuss reimburement with them.
Let itunes support know that you may have been hacked. Click "Support" at the top of this page, then click the link under "Contact Us"
Had the EXACT same thing happen to me! Changed my password and just sent off an email to Apple Support. Hope everything straightens itself out! I'm fortunate in that iTunes didn't charge my bank (yet)
Thankfully, Apple waved the fee that was outstanding. Dealing with my bank is another for the double charges for $5.98.
