Mac Mini Snow Leopard Server Permissions

ARGH! Ran a Disk Utility to check permissions issues on my Mac Mini Snow Leopard server.

When I selected re-boot, it won't startup. I just get a white screen with the apple logo and spinning wheel. I held down the power key to restart it while also holding the SHIFT key. The screen showed a small bar at the bottom like it was running some sort of software update, along with the spinning wheel. When the bar was about 50% done, it disappeared and the spinning wheel just keeps turning. Going on an hour now, so I know something is wrong.

I can't install software because it does not have a drive. I am hosting someones website, so of course it is down now...Can you tell I need help fast?
