Unknown contacts in iCloud !

Hi

Since I started to use iCloud, i find in my address book several unknown contacts. I deleted them, some new disappear. One example is a contact with address in Hollywood and phone number in France. Did somebody else experienced that ?

Not sure what/how to check ?

What is wrong ?
