UK iTunes account, but now moved to France for 1 year

Hello All

I have a UK iPhone with a UK iTunes account, which i have used for several years.

Due to my work i have now moved to Paris for 1 year, maybe longer, and have purchased a 12 month Mobile Contract in France with Orange.

As part of my package i get free access to the Orange TV services on my iphone, however i need to download the Orange TV app from the app store.

The Orange TV App is not in the UK iTunes store, its in the French One, so how do i obtain it? If it try and download it (its free) using my UK account it says access denied.

Do i just create a French iTunes account? I have a French Bank Account.

If i do the above, will i be able to sync the app to my iphone along with all my apps from the UK store?

Any advice would be very helpful!
