Paint.net for Mac OSX Lion???

Does anyone have a good mac alternative to the windows program paint.net?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

What is Paint.net? If you are looking for a good general purpose Paint program, http://www.lemkesoft.com/ 's GraphicConverter is nice. Macgimp from http://www.gimp.org/macintosh is another.
