Podcast on Wiki via Publisher plays sound but no video ??

I published a podcast on my Lion mini server. It all works well on the Macbook pro I published it from. If I go to any other pc in or out of my home network, the sound plays but no video. Its all grey. I can host a web site on the server and play video. I installed podcast producer and through Remote Work Flow the podcasts work. So, what up with wiki way???

I do say, I try to play it on a win7 machine via ie9 and I get a cert error but I say to show content and the music plays but no video.

I rebuilt my server a couple of times different ways and still no video .
