when I delete an email on any of my devices, it is still on the other 3. Help?

I have an ipad, iphone4s, MacBook pro and Mac Pro. When I get email, if I delete it on one of the devices, it's still on the other 3 and I have to go through it all again! Is there a way for it to stay current?
