As deggie said, Apple does not provide support via email. You can in some countries schedule a time for an Apple technician to call you (work through the Express Lane pages and you may see that option), or you can make an appointment at an Apple Store, if you have any in your area.

Apple should at least review this community site to see what problems people are having so that they can improve their products and keep their customers happy. As I said before Sony has e-mail support and even Ford has a SyncMyRide community site which they respond to some of the problems that are brought out there relating to the Sync systems.
