My 4s has a blank screen. I know it's on because I can hear the voice when you tuch the screen, but it looks like it's off. I've tried restoring it to factory settings, but this hasn't work. This is my 1st smart phone and i've had it for less than a week so i'm quite clueless! Any advice?
