Belkin Wireless G Notebook Network Card + Titanium Powerbook

I have a Titanium Powerbook [about 5/6 years old]. Have bought Belkin Wireless G Notebook Network Card and it is not working! When I go Network Configurations it is not giving me the option to select wireless. I haven't installed any drivers as this required Virtual PC. Any suggestions!? Thanks.

I called Belkin Tech Support. They said F5D7010 version 1 and 2 used Broadcom and version 3 used Ralink. Verson 4 went back to Broadcom and version 5 was something else.

And the F5D7011 versioon 1000 and 1111 used Broadcom.

Everything else is not Broadcom. Only those used Broadocm. All there other cards and versions used soemthing else.

Thanks,
ivnj

Huge problems with this configuration: TiPowerbook G4 550 10.4.7 + Belkin F5D7010. I tried the Belkin driver for 10.3 but it didn't work. What finally worked was downloading the driver directly from the manufacturer ralinktech.com/supp-1.htm They have an OSX.4+ driver for PSI slot. You then get a strange dialogue box called Belkin Wireless Cardbus which launches at startup and that can see the card. OS x still can't see it as Airport it seems to think it is an ethernet PCI card but at least you can get online with it. I haven't tried this out and about yet but it does work with a netgear g router.

That took 5 hours out of my life – hope it helps someone here. I also think I should have listened to the advice about living in a thick walled cottage as the link drops to 25% power when a room or two away from the router.

I just bought the same card (vers 1212) but havent get any drivers or whatever to run on MacOs in the Belkin box.
I could'nt find any MacOs logo on the box ! Think, I bought it on Applestore !
Did you download a specific driver somewhere ?
thanks for your help if possible, I promise my daughter she could connect my old Titanium Powerbook I gave her to the internet.

Belkin's Wireless G Notebook cards F5D7010 ver5100 didn't work. The PCcard menuicon lists Atheros Communications, Inc., AR5001.

Anyone know which notebook cards available in the CompUSA and BestBuy support MacOS 10.2?

Does the [brick & mortor] Apple Store sell wi-fi notebooks cards?
